When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Your order will be process for shipment within 1 - 3 business days after payment is received.

We wish to serve you better, therefore we are collaborating with FedEx & DHL in offering a lower rate for your expedite shipping option. After more than 3 years of working with standard international shipping, we notice that there is a number of issues with the local shippers. It took a very long time to receive an assistance or response from the local shippers in your country as we need to go through Universal postal union (UPU) in communicating between international post offices. Figuring that we do not have much control working with local shippers and therefore we would highly recommend FedEx and DHL ecommerce shipping option should you prefer a quicker shipping option?


Fedex shipping terms & conditions (updated 1st January 2016)

Fedex requires a certain fees for special handling and amendment. We shall bill you if your shipping address requires special handling services as per below:-

  • Out of delivery/pickup area surcharge - $20
  • Address correction surcharge- $10
  • Residential Delivery Surcharge - $2.80 (usually applicable for USA/Canada) only
  • Returned of shipment - Fedex will provide a quote depends on country of returned shipment

** tax & duties are excluded. Kindly check with your customs office should there is any tax & duties charged entering your country. Fedex usually charged a return fee therefore we will be billing you if returned service is requested by receiver.

**Fedex shipping rate might be adjust from time to time according to fuel surcharges and Fedex offer rate.


Standard International Shipping terms & conditions

    • All shipping charges does not include tax & duties. Kindly check with your country’s customs before purchasing to prevent returning of products. Shipping fees shall not be refunded consider there is any cancellation after shipping or return order due to tax & duties issue.
    • Please be reminded that all standard international shipping might take a longer customs clearance period. We shall not entertain consider the parcel is awaiting for customs clearance, the tracking updates will only be provided once it leave the customs office.
    • We shall not entertain any standard international shipping query that is yet to exceed the shipping duration. For example USA usually take 21 - 30 business days of transit time. We will only assist you consider your parcel still does not reach you after 30 business days.
    • USPS (USA shipment only) site recently does not provide tracking updates already, you may contact us should the  parcel does not reach you after 30 business days. We shall assist in lodging a PP1 form to our local post for further investigation. We appreciate your kind patience as it usually take 2 - 3 months for the investigation process.
    • We’re definitely glad to help you if your parcel has any shipping error, however the post office usually has a operating procedure to be follow as per below:-
    1. Communicate with your/our local post office usually takes 3-7 working days
    2. File a case (PP1 form) to Universal postal Union (UPU) to your local post office - investigation usually takes 1 - 3 months
    3. Refund/Re-deliver will be process once the post office has confirmed lost shipper/wrong shipment in writing/updated tracking status.
